Welcome to Chanh Phan Labs. By using our website (chanhphanlabs.vercel.app) and purchasing or downloading our software products, including CleanDemo Pro, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or download our extensions.

1. License Grant

Chanh Phan Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the CleanDemo Pro extension strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may use this extension for personal or internal business productivity on your supported web browsers.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the software.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the software.
• Use the software for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious activity that violates browser policies or local laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software products, including CleanDemo Pro, source code, designs, branding, and graphics, remain the exclusive property of Phan Minh Chanh (founder of Chanh Phan Labs). This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

Certain features or products are offered as premium licenses. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase, which are processed securely through Stripe. Pricing is clearly displayed on our site. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle depending on your choice, unless canceled. Lifetime licenses grant access for the lifetime of the product.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Chanh Phan Labs expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the software.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Chanh Phan Labs or its founder, Phan Minh Chanh, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the software.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
